BMW 3-Series Convertible (2011)

The 3-Series Convertible is undoubtedly one of the most desirable models in the BMW line-up. BMW 3-Series Convertible  combines effortless elegance with everyday practicality and an exciting drive - in fact BMW 3-Series Convertible  is one of the finest drop-tops on sale today. The three-piece electric metal roof folds gracefully in 25 seconds and is a very compact design. That means with the roof up,BMW 3-Series Convertible  looks like a coupe, and it retains the smooth shape associated with previous 3-Series Cabriolets with the roof down - there's no 'bump' that has marred many other coupe-cabriolets. Further innovations such as heat-reflective leather upholstery and easy access to the luggage area show great attention to detail and add to the premium feel. Punchy engines and a high spec (all have at least SE trim) are the icing on the cake

BMW Z4 UK Version (2010)

BMW has a long and illustrious history of building two seat sports cars. From the very first 3/15 PA Wartburg Roadster in 1930, BMW has produced highly distinctive roadsters. With their long bonnet, setback glasshouse, front engine rear-wheel-drive configuration and with the two seats positioned close to the rear axle, every BMW roadster lives up to the ultimate driving machine promise.
Now, nearly 80 years after the first BMW roadster went on sale, the latest has been launched in the UK. Featuring a host of innovations never before featured on a BMW of this type, the new BMW Z4 is the first to come with a two-piece, electro-hydraulically operated Retractable Hard-Top roof that can be raised or lowered in 20 seconds. The new BMW Z4 is also the first roadster to be offered with Adaptive M Sport Suspension. This system features a ride height 10mm lower than the standard car for a more dynamic drive. Adaptive M Sport Suspension also comes with electronically controlled dampers that offer three different configurations from Normal to Sport+ so a driver can fine tune the car's set-up.
The standard Drive Dynamic Control function is another BMW roadster first and allows the driver to alter the chassis configuration to suit their needs. Now the vehicle has the capability to morph between comfortable yet sporty cruiser through to outright performance car. Depending on model specification, the throttle and steering response, level of ride comfort, Dynamic Stability Control response and, on automatic or Double Clutch Transmission cars, gear change times can all be altered.

BMW Z4 GT3

BMW has released new details about the Z4 GT3.
Designed for private racing teams, the BMW Z4 GT3 features aggressive styling, advanced engineering, and a 1,200 kilogram (2,645 pound) curb weight.  The latter is due in part to the numerous components (front and rear wings, bonnet, roof, and fenders) constructed from carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
Power comes from a 4.0-liter V8 with more than 480 PS (353 kW / 473 bhp).BMW Z4 GT3  is backed up by the ECU408 engine management system and a six-speed sequential transmission with a "Quick Shift" function.
Other goodies include a racing anti-lock braking system, a new front axle (with a tubular stabilizer bar and adjustable blades), a roll cage, and "rims with central locking and safety clips."
According to BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen, "The feedback on the BMW Z4 GT3 is extremely positive. This sports car rounds off our product range, and offers drivers and teams the opportunity to compete in championships in accordance with the GT3 regulations - such as the FIA GT3 European Championship, the International GT Open or the ADAC GT Masters - as well as at 24-hour endurance races."
